DC’s annual theatrical whirlwind known as the Capital Fringe Festival has selected a few shows to extend through the last weekend of July, including three shows with Theatre Lab connections.
The Greatest Science Fiction Show No One’s Ever Seen – written by
Pamela Leahigh, directed by
Sara Bickler and featuring Jennifer Berry, Christopher Holbert and Paolo Santayana – all of whom are Honors alums. This tale about a young woman and comic-book store owner’s search for a long-lost TV show takes a surreal turn. (Originally performed at Hope Operas as a fundraiser for The Theatre Lab’s Send a Kid to Camp campaign.)
