Performing Contemporary Musical Theatre

A workshop in all aspects of musical theatre performance, with a special focus on the great works of mid–20th century Broadway: Rodgers & Hammerstein, Rodgers & Hart, Lerner & Loewe, Frank Loesser, Meredith Willson, and more. Special attention is paid to exploring the contemporary relevance of works that are too often dismissed as “old–fashioned.” A class for anyone who loves the classic musicals and wants to get better at performing them.
