Bryanda Minix
In this fun, hands-on performance class, students learn by doing as they rehearse and perform a scripted play (show title TBA). Through acting games, scene work, and rehearsal, kids build their confidence on stage. Students will work on developing characters, understanding scriptwork, and learning stage movement in a supportive environment. The class culminates in a performance that celebrates their hard work and growing love of theater.
Registration is first-come, first-served. During the first weeks of class, students will audition in class to be cast in roles. Everyone will receive a role.
Due to the performance nature of this class, attendance is crucial. Please make sure your child is available for all dates listed below. Students will also be asked to do some work outside of class, including line memorization.
This class requires director approval. Please email Terah@theatrelab.org prior to registering.

Classes are kept small to ensure every child receives extensive individual attention from instructors and meaningful socialization with other students. If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist, and we will contact you if a spot becomes available!
