This fun, supportive course is designed for actors/dancers/singers ready to discover and develop their voice in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Students will learn the fundamentals of healthy vocal production, breath support, pitch matching, ear training, and vocal confidence through engaging, practical exercises. Whether your goal is a leading role or supportive ensemble in musical theatre, or simply singing for enjoyment, this class will help you sing with greater confidence and freedom. Students will leave the course with a few audition cuts, polished and ready to use.

Unless otherwise indicated below, there are no formal prerequisites for this class—students of all experience levels are welcome! However, if you have no prior acting experience, we suggest taking Intro to Acting and/or Beginning Scene Study to introduce you to core techniques and help you build confidence in the fundamentals of acting.
