Carol, a DC native, claims theatre as her first love. From a child delighting in pretend and dress-up, it has followed her through roles in local community and professional theatres since 1970. “Theatre is a team sport, teaching important life skills like being where you’re supposed to be, when you’re supposed to be there, and doing what you’re supposed to do while also being able to think on your feet and respond creatively in the moment.” Her day job is Founder and Executive Director of New Beginnings, a nonprofit support group for people coping with divorce.
