About the Performer
The Dramathon may be my favorite Theatre Lab event of the year. It brings together professional theatre “people” — playwrights, directors, actors — and combines them with nervous novices who have absolutely no idea what they are doing! The result is magic. My past Dramathon roles include an elderly gentleman who sleeps fitfully on a train through the entirety of the play, and a placid suburban dog who is radicalized by current events.

About the Dramathon
The Dramathon is DC’s exhilarating, one-of-a-kind theatrical extravaganza, bringing together some of DC’s most acclaimed actors, directors, and playwrights for a one-night-only live show of world-premiere short plays.
Part theatrical showcase, part fundraising challenge, Dramathon performers participate in great theatre for a great cause. All funds from the event benefit The Theatre Lab’s Send a Kid to Camp initiative, which provides need-based scholarships to children and teens for The Theatre Lab’s renowned summer programs.
