Youth FacultyMadeline Willard is a director and teacher currently working in Washington, D.C. Madeline has spent the last 4 years as a public school theatre teacher where she had the tremendous pleasure of working with middle and high school students in Charleston, SC as well as Atlanta, GA. While teaching she directed and produced several shows including Tuck Everlasting, Circus Olympus (Regional One Act Competition 1st place), The Con, Puffs, and Mutually Assured Destruction. She also directed At Home at The Zoo and Boy Meets Girl: A Young Love Story at Winthrop University. Madeline currently teaches various camps and classes through The Theatre Lab, Arts on
the Horizon, and Educational Theatre Company. As an artist and a teacher, Madeline believes that personal connection is the most important aspect of theater and strives to create a safe space for her students, actors, and audiences alike.
