COVID-19 Negative Test Upload Form
Students who travel outside of the Washington Metropolitan area (DMV) — up to a week prior to the start of a course and continuing through the duration of the course — are required to self-identify and receive a negative COVID-19 test result (administered by a medical professional) before returning to an in-person class.
