Technical Director – Grand Finales (Tweens)
June 23 – August 15, (7/4 is a holiday) Part-time Weekdays, $900 Stipend per show (approx $25/hr)
The Theatre Lab is seeking a creative artisan to support our summer performances for Tweens. Candidate will work with professional team to create set, props, and design for Addams Family Addams Family (Young@Part Edition) and an abridged Twelfth Night. Flexible hours.
Candidate with experience in technical theater and fabrication will work with Production Manager in set and props building, operations, and maintenance of theatrical environment. The Theatre Lab’s Summer Acting Camp for Kids is one of the area’s most recognized youth training programs. Applicant must be willing to work in all aspects of theatrical production, including: sound, lighting, basic carpentry, scenic design, and stage management in coordination with professional lighting designer, costume coordinator, and program director. Must have valid driver’s license.

Volunteer to Earn Free Adult Classes: Usher at Theatre Lab
Ushers make performances possible! As an usher, you are allowed *free* entry into the show. Ushers also receive a $30 class credit for any individual show worked, and a $150 class credit for any full run of a show worked (e.g. if you ushered all four performances of Shakespeare in Love, the $150 class credit would apply). Ushers should be prepared to arrive at the venue up to an hour before showtime.
