Honors Acting Conservatory: Application
The Theatre Lab’s Honors Acting Conservatory is an intensive, one-year professional actor training program, with admission by audition.

Process
An application for the Honors Acting Conservatory at The Theatre Lab consists of the following:
- A completed online application form.
- A Statement of Purpose outlining your reasons for applying to this program and your goals for the future, in no more than 500 words.
- A Resume of your acting experience, if you have one.
- Two Letters of Recommendation from people who are able to comment on your acting ability, work ethic, or other qualities that might imply readiness to undertake an intensive course of study.
- An Audition. Auditions will be held in October and November. We will contact you to schedule an audition.
Tuition
Tuition for the Honors Acting Conservatory is $9,100 if paid in full before the program begins, or $9,960 if paid in twelve monthly installments of $830 from December through November.
I am so grateful to have been part of the Honors Acting Conservatory. I feel like I received world-class instruction that was both rigorous and accessible, and learned more than I could have imagined possible in only one year. I'm prepared and excited to audition, seek work as a professional actor, and continue growing on my own with the tools and education I received.
