Overview

In this class, students learn how to select songs that highlight their strengths and suit their voice and style. They explore vocal and acting techniques to make a memorable impression at auditions. The class guides each student in starting a personalized audition book, including multiple songs and repertoire choices. Through practice, feedback, and mock auditions, students gain confidence and learn how to showcase their unique talents. The program will end with a mock audition on the final day of class. By the end of the course, each student is prepared to audition with song material and greater confidence in the audition room.
