Craig Klein
An online introductory course in the art of voiceovers, including commercials, narration, and promos. Introduction to all skill areas, including copy interpretation, the physical use of the voice, the business of the VO biz, and home studios. All students will receive intensive recorded practice with critique.

Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure every person receives extensive personalized feedback from instructors and meaningful collaboration with other students. No formal prerequisites are necessary. Students who take this class typically have some background experience in acting and/or have taken one of the following classes at The Theatre Lab:
* Note: For new students with no prior acting experience, we recommend starting with Intro to Acting, and then taking Beginning Scene Study, for our essential training in the basics of acting.

Craig Klein is a multiple-award winning voice actor with credits including Toyota, GEICO, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Walmart, Verizon, The Weather Channel, Animal Planet, Turner Sports, Smithsonian Channel, Cartoon Network, Encore, The NFL, Penguin Audio, WETA-TV and Fox5DC. He has also been seen on Washington area stages including The Shakespeare Theatre Company, Constellation Theatre, and Metro Stage, and has performed in Theatre Lab productions of Ragtime and Ghetto.
