| Terry Nicholetti earned an MA in Religious Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary, 2020, and now serves as Chaplain-at-Large. Previously, she developed a customer service program for Joy of Motion Dance Center. Terry helped the Jewish Museum of Maryland create a Chautauqua-style, solo performance: The Story of Bessie Bluefeld, a Jewish immigrant, which she performed throughout the DMV. Terry wrote and performed three solo performance one-acts: Dance with Me Abuelita, Frozen Kisses, and Father John Says a Hail Mary. Both Abuelita (2006) and Father John (2011) placed in DC’s Madcap Winter Carnival of New Works. Abuelita placed second in Teatro La Tea’s The ONE Festival, NYC. Other roles: Mrs. Slater, A Devil Inside (Madcap) and Grandma Tzeitel, Fiddler on the Roof (St. Mark’s Players). Terry thanks director Paul Douglas Michnewicz for encouraging her work and introducing her to The Theatre Lab, where she happily studies and supports their youth scholarship program. |
