For newcomers to theatre dance or anyone who needs a refresher, whether for personal enrichment or to prepare for a specific audition (say, for our upcoming Creating a Musical Role class, hint, hint). It’s skill-building and a healthy physical workout rolled into one, taught by The Theatre Lab’s patient and down-to-earth go-to choreographer. You’ll come away with:

• Practical experience with real musical theatre dance combinations
• Greater comfort with stage movement of all kinds
• An understanding of foundational jazz moves and terminology 
• Techniques for learning any musical theatre choreography
• Tips for memorizing
• Special skills in the style of Bob Fosse
