| Hello everyone, my name is Tomisin Akinremi, and I’m a 19-year-old from London currently studying African Studies at George Washington University. My journey as an actor began when I was 16, but my passion for the craft ignited much earlier, at the age of 3. Acting has always been my dream, and it’s been incredible to pursue it over the years. I’m proud to be supporting Theatre Lab because of its unwavering dedication to helping young children discover and nurture their passion for the arts. In today’s world, especially in the wake of the Trump administration’s policies, opportunities for young people to engage in the arts have become even more scarce. That’s why initiatives like Theatre Lab are so essential—they provide a safe, creative space where young minds can develop their talents and express themselves freely. |
